Chang Star was created by Mr. Simon Tseng who"s vision consisted of providing top quality bicycle brake systems to an ever changing world of bicycle design and technology. We have grown and expanded with the market and now have plants in Taiwan and China and marketing office in the USA, as well as distribution around the world.
Over the last 30 years production processes and methods have changed and labor chanllenges have created a world-wide focus on price vs. value. Yet we have maintained our vision... to build top quality braking systems.
Our capabilities cover the complete process from R&D to cold forging and die-casting, right down to the product testing, ISO 9002. CPSC, and DIN certification, to the final inspection and delivery to the customer. Our 500 employees and 2 fully integrated factories are proud to present our year 2000 product offerings.
