With the supplied necessary data by customers ( 2D drawing, samples, conception, etc), we can output the final tooling making drawing. And mould assembly drawing will be submitted to customers for further discussion till to define a solution with which customer is the most satisfied. Our tooling making processing is under strict controlled and managed by a professional working team to ensure on-time delivery. Weekly report will be sent to you regularly for your good understanding of the progress. After finishing the mold, trial reports & process data are provided to the customers for rapid start up. Mold trial samples will be provided together with inspection reports. Upon samples approval, we can arrange mold exportation per your instruction together with the final trial samples, trial report, some spare parts ,full set of mould assembly drawing and components drawing to customer for their information supplement, it is a value-added service and totally fee-free.
