This integrated, high efficiency production line is a perfect correlation between "continuous helical wire forming" and "PVC extruding" technologies.
The production line includes a helical wire forming machine suitable for producing spring wire, featuring variable speed change. The wires are then fed into a die head by constant pitch. The entire production line only requires an extruder for one step forming of inner and outer layers of PVC hose. The following processing equipment includes water cooling bath, caterpillar haul-off machine, meter counter ink marker and hose winder. |
