In order to improve working environment where sanding and repairing processes are carried out, we develop and manufacture sand dust extraction benches.
When wood / metal smooth sanding, polishing and special surface treatment as well as short-time plane sanding are carried out, a lot of dust will be produced during processes.
Dust pollution will influence not only product quality but also harm workers' health. That's why we developed sand dust extraction benches. The air extraction fan and the tube filter are connected as a unit to simultaneously expel and clean dust. It can quickly collect and filter dust on the work table, ensuring dust load in the air maintaining 0.5 mg every cubic meter and effectively solve the problems resulting from dust pollution. |
