1.Material loaded on table. Material quality may be inspected at this time.
2.Perform trimming and shaping operations on left end of workpiece.
3.The operator change the material to right end for trimming and shaping operations.
4.After both ends of tenon have been cut, place the workpieces onto the table.
5.Performing hand gluing operations on F-G01.
6.The operator feeds workpiece to finger assembler(F-A06) for jointing operations.
7.Cut the workpiece to a desired length.
8.Finger assembler performs jointing jobs.
9.Final products cutfeed and stay for a while for drying.
