The machine is mainly featured as auto-cementing at side and heel seat accomplisged at one time.The in-sole and upper do not need cementing in advance which saves labor cost. Moreover, it will never be decemented, which is most suitable for the production of high-quality and specially heavy shoes. The operation and adjustment of the machine are simple and easy, which only training needed for operation the machine. The heel forming band is surrouned by chains, which makes the best forming. We provide clamps with various specifications for perfectly lasting all different curved and sized shoes. The specially designed side lasting mechanism is formed by each 5 pairs of PU fastener on its right and left side. The rear 3 pairs of PU fastener can be used optionally according to the size of shoes. The pressing mechanism for side lasting is equipped with special locking to ensure the pressing effect and to avoid shrinkage after lasting. Every pushing bar on side lasting is equipped with an auto-balancing device, which makes the upper closely attached to the mid-sole frange of the shoe according to the curve of the shoe. During the process of lasting, the pressure can be adjusted with 2 stages to suit different upper material in order to get perfect lasting result. The side and heel seat cementing mechanism consits of 2 sets of cement nozzle respectively located on both right and left sides. The nozzle will move forward from the central point of heel cruve, and action closely along the edge of shoes and mid-sloe under the control of pressure and speed. The length of cementing is controlled by projected laser light, which is visible and easy to be adjusted for the desired length of cementing. The side and heel cementing can be accomplished at onf time, which will overcome the disadvantages of 2-stage cementing. Should the optional switch is separately selected the only heel seat cementing/no cementing, the only side cementing/no cementing, or the side and heel seat cementing/no cementing. The electric system is controlled by the PLC controller accomplisged with the hydraulic and pneumatic system. |
