1. P Series is Swing-arm robots, with both single-stage arm and telescopic arm availableˇG
Single Stage: Vertical Stroke 550/650mm availableˇAsuitable for flat-type injection moulding machine of below 150 tons;
Telescopic: Vertical Stroke 650/750/850/950mm available, suitable forflat-type injection moulding machine of below 400 tons;
2. P Series is mainly applied to pick out sprue runner and product,it can swing the arm out of mould after holding the runner, and then move downwards till releasing it. This series is generally used to pick runners or simple & light product, since it has only simple function.
3. Full-function robots (denoted with "V")ˇAare attached with vacuum generator and standard end-of-arm suction tooling, but simple-function robots are not. All robots have the function of jaw-swing.
4. Main features and functionsˇG
(1). Vertical arm comprises beam made of aluminium alloy and straight linear slide rails. It features ultra-rigid structure, and abrade-resist and no distortion, slight vibration, which ensures long lifetime.
(2). The entire robot is built of alluminium alloy foundry castings, also completely modulised.
(3). Easy to adjust the arm wristing angle, with no need to change the air pipe or switches, but a wrench is enough to do the work.
(4). Convenient to change mould: The entire robot is rotatable, once you loosen the fixed device.
(5). Hand-held controller system, with dialogue-mode interface display, in switchable language of Chinese/English.
(6). Eight sets built-in programs and 12 sets tutorial programs, which are absolutely enough for any requirements.
(7). With a memory capable to record 50 sets mould data, which assure easy operation & settings when changing mould.
(8). Automatic fault-detect system can display the fault status in the panel, and record the error code by itself.
(9). All I/O status can be displayed in manual mode, which assures easy repair work.
(10). LED can display important signal status, like the safety door, MOP(Mould Open Position), EMC(Enable Mould Closure), and RJT, etc.
(11). Output terminals can be connected externally, to conveyer or Off-mould Liquid Sprayer.
(12). Values of timers or counters could be set or changed in Auto mode operation.
(13). CE-compliant models, in conformity with EUROMAP/SPI standard, are available, also attached with standard interface.
