This equipment is specifically designed for automated production of creaminess chocolate and consists of following sections: 1 Mixing-The cooked mixture of maltose and sugar, peanuts and powder milk fed into the mixing bowl is well whisked, beated and kneaded here and the stored here warm and ready for next process. 2 Sheet Rolling-Mixture passes Sheet Rollers one of which is a water-cooling cylinder appropriately positioned by adjustment to gain the desired thicknes of the mixture sheet. |
