The milling head features powerful full function as that on QJM-2# series, It affords extremely powerful, rigid performance while in low speed cutting, and excellent stability in high speed.
Spindle is made of chrome molybdenum steel (SCM21), tempering and carburizing heat treated, precision ground. Spindle runs on German precision bearing GMN P4, providing the heavy cutting capability.
The gears, clutch and bearings in milling head are forced circulating lubrication. This system works synchronously while the machine is running. An oil sight glass indicator is fitted for checking the lubrication level at all times, ensuring maximum parts life.
The swivel plate on milling head is compatible with that of QJM-2# series, making it possible to accept NST 40# spindle or VS variable speed head.
One piece casting of base, column and ram guideway gives superior rigidity without deformation.
The loading center of base is of solid constructed with scientific rib reinforced, providing excellent stability of loading.Quality casings are over FC 30 and FCD 35, which are fully material analyzed prior to casting. Tempering heat treated for maximum wear resistance without deformation.
C5 class precision ball screw on X, Y axis, incorporated with preloaded double r-iuts, correctly located at the loading center of slideways for well weight balance, This offers smooth movement without backlash, high positioning accuracy and maximum parts life are assured.
Table and saddle are fitted with specially designed outer enclosed dovetail guideway. Extra wide span and contact surface for uniform load support. Automatic lubricating system is incorporated, assuring smooth, steady movement and high accuracy. |
