Unique single-piece casting made from the finest high grade FC-300 gray cast iron material, coupled with double-wall box-design, forms a rigid machine structure to avoid deformation and resonance during machining. Strong base with triangulated 3-point support provides a second foundation for all moving axes. Relative moving geometric accuracy could be maintained by the machine itself. No special foundation is needed.
By fixed-table design, loads on 3 moving axes will be nearly constant, without the influence from different workpiece weights.
Cross rail (Y-axis) is guided by 4 linear guideways to eliminate the yawing effect, normally happened on the wide span of linear guideways support.
Compact structure design minimizes the floor space occupied.
The optimal linear guideways size and block numbers are carefully selected to provide excellent rigidity as well as the dynamic accuracy over the full travel range, through out its service life.
Equipped with ATLM (automatic tool length measurement) system.
A safety torque coupling on each axis protects the ballscrews, servo motors and the mechanical components.
All 3 axes ballscrews are hollowed with oil-through cooling system to stabilize the ballscrews temperature during working. Machining accuracy and long service life are guaranteed. |
