PREFORMS LOADING SYSTEM : Preforms are fed into and fixed on the sockets by robot structure with accuracy and quickly & little spaces.
OVEN HEATING SYSTEM : A straight-through oven heating zone is used for infrared ray heating lamps combined with rotating mechanism ensures uniform heating for preforms. These heating lamps are adjustable in upward/downward and forward / backward depend on perform various and shapes for bottles.
PREFORMS CONVEYING SYSTEM : Preforms conveying combined with cooling mechanism enables bottle mouth quality keep rigid shape without deformation after heating.
CLAMPING MOLD SYSTEM : The mold clamping is operated by toggle mechanism and combined with hydraulic system for driving fixed position with accuracy and quickly.
MOLD ADJUSTMENT can be done at short time ensuring high efficient, hence, this machine could be suited to a wide variety of products even low capacity production.
PRODUCT DISCHARGE has a simple structure and low-damaged.
