Upper corrugating roll and pressure roll are controlled by special made of air cylinder. It is easy for maintenance.

Glue unit is equipped with idler device. It can prevent glue at feeding roll surface free from dry out when machine is stopped.
Glue unit's feeding uses slide base type. It is stable in moving and by pneumatic controlled. Glue supply volume can be set up through motorized micro adjustment. and digital display function.
Driven gear uses oil bath gear box and universal driven shaft. And also with special speed differential motion device.
Main lubricating system uses continuous recycling way and may choose special grease for lubrication. |
