All transmission components and moving structures are fully covered by
dust-proof frp housings to prevent the entering of cotton fibre and outside
particles.
The plaiting table is lifted by hydraulic system, and descended by its own
weight. and by a fluid volume control valve to set accruately the lowering
speed of table in accordance with fabric's thickness.
Auto-stop motion of measuring counter and machine are stopped at the end of
fabrics.
Photo electric sensor is fitted to straighten up the edge of fabric's pile.
Gentle starting up, silent running.operators are needed only to draw out
and reset fabrcs for continual work.
Length per fold is adjustable from 0.8 to 1 meter.
