This equipment consists of initial table, conveyor, cooling table, carriage, stretcher, storage table, product sawing table, and treating cart.
1.According to extruding speed, the electric device of heat resistance roller sleeves can adjust the speed with motor of convertible frequency which a device of convertible control is attached.
2.Cooling table is design of heat resistance. Therefore, products are not easily spoilable.
3.Billet loader is driven by gear of eccentric motor to move up and down and is conveyed to cooling table by belt gear.
4.Stretcher is made of steel. It can apply to various lengths of aluminum profiles to work effectively.
5.On storage table, billet is conveyed by blanket sleeves of heat resistance and is moved up and down to product table by gear of eccentric motor.
6.Product sawing table is controlled by oil pressure system. The sawing speed can be adjusted. Automatic control of electricity, product conveying device, fixed device and treating cart are attached.
