Product Description:

The puller produces various special industrial
aluminum products in co-ordination with 420 US
Ton~4400 US TON extrusion press. It is easy to
operate and retrenches manpower.
This machine is made of steel which can fix length with front platen saw table. This machine uses a D.C. motor to drive the gears; and an A.C. motor to drives the jaw. Sprocket automatically clips aluminum profiles with chains.
According to the extruding speed of extrusion press, puller can adjust the speed and twisting force of clamp appropriately. Therefore, the accuracy of aluminum products can be attained.
Reversing device is controlled by magnetic brake. D.C. controlling system controls driving, reversing stroke and pulling force. According to the working speed of 1.8 M/second to 2 M/second, it can continue working with recycles of extruding of the extrusion press.
