The Centre Crossrail Movable type enables the optimum machining of a variety of workpieces. It depends on customer's work configuration. It is unnecessary to add a basement in normal workpiece. The vertical-travel include from the table surface to the highest of the column's limitaion (the Spec depends on our machine type).
On the rough-cutting, the Crossrail can move to the workpiece closely. When the spinlde near to the Crossrail, The cutting-capicity is promoted and reduce the vibration. At the same time, the life in the spindle is extend and the wear of tool is reduced.
The surface on the Moving system use polish manually. Manfacturing system and assembly and test equipment are demonstrating and outstandling array more reliable.
