1. Necessary spare-parts for at-least 5 years.
2. Guarantee for the plant for at-least 5 years.
3. Laborers training.
4. Please indicate :
- area of land needed.
- lay-out of the plant.
- administrating building needed and number of staff (laborers and engineers].
- sales-men needed.
- any other necessary items needed.
- kinds of products can be manufactured or produced in this factory. [must]
- any payment facilities, any source of financing and/or any interested investors to share or participate in joint-venture with the owners[ my clients].
