Dear Sir,
Steel coils for manufacturing the body of gas home bottles

-Description: Hot rolled steel Coils ALùkilled pickled and slightly oiled û quality acc. to DIN EN 10120 P 245 NB or according to ISO 4978 items (2) or any equivalent ( deep drawing operation in one stage ) . The surface is according to DIN EN 10025 or any equivalent.
-Dimension : Width from ( 1060 to 1065) mm û thickness : 3.2 ¦ 0.1 mm
- Packing and marking: The material to be sent as coils form û the coil weight (10-12) ton. The coil inner diameter (610- 620) mm. Each coil should be wrapped by water proof paper ,tied up with steel band and each coil attached with a label indicate to ( manufacturer name û dimensions û the melting number û the gross and net weight and the coil number ) .
- Mills certificate: Offerer should submit a mills certificate Acc to DIN EN 10204 (3.1.B) and a Document containing tests results that have been performed during manufacturing processing of the steel coils Acc. to A/M conditions .
- Inspection Certificate : Should be according to DIN EN 10204 ( 3.1.A ) and should be sent before the shipping date
-Sample: The offered should send a sample of (300 kg) coil or square piece (580x580x3.2) mm for carrying out mechanical tests. chemical analysis and practical experiment on the bottle
-Quantity Required : 5000 ton
-This Quantity or more will be required every year.
