Required Technical conditions book for Brass Valve of L.P Gas Bottles
1-Material: Brass Alloy ( Ms 58 ) Acc.to DIN 17660 or EN 12164 ( Cw 614N-Cw 617N ), 2-2- Vertical Thread: Acc to DIN 477, Right Hand Direction. Taper 3/25 Diameter 19.8 mm x 1.814 mm, 3-Horizontal Thread : Acc. To DIN 477 Left hand Direction , Diameter 21.8 mm x 1.814 mm , Min. Thread length 9 mm degree F, 4-The Internal moving piston: No. ( 2 ) as per enclosed drawing :-The piston equipped with two rubber rings good quality NO (4) frictional resistance and prevent the gas leakage in a close and open state, -The piston equipped with plastic plug No. ( 5 ) fixed strongly and frictional resistance, -Technical guarantee for the two seals and the plastic plug to resist humidity and dryness and long service
-Work temperature (- 20 to + 65) ¦c, 5-with each lot it should be attached certificate of conformity for specifications of used rubber seals , said certificate should be issued by liable laboratory specified during contract process Acc. to EN 549, 6-The inside body of the valve must be good finishing to protect the two seals and plastic plug from damage, 7-The manufacturer must send documents clarifying results of tests done during valve acceptance test process Acc. to En 13153 ( Hydraulic pressure , impact ,hand wheel exposure to fire , valve tightness during opening and closing process ,àà ), 8- Origin: from specialized companies in this field and it hold high credibility. 9-Other dimensions : As per enclosed drawing
-The valve equipped with two copper locking pins no. (3) Appearing from the two sides and fixed strongly, 10-Packing: resistance to humidity and damage (every valve put in nylon bag and 100 valves in carton box and every 50 carton are in wooden box, 11-tenders are requested to send / 25 / samples with there offer, 12-the manufacturing date is 2009 and opening date, 13-The offering company has to put trade mark with year of manufacture clearly on each valve ., and put ( M.C.F ) on the hand wheel of the valve, 14-The tests which would be preceded on the samples that presented by the offering company : -Check up the functional û dimensions of the valve, -Check up the vertical thread with special measurements gauge according to DIN 477, -Check up the horizontal thread with special measurements gauge according to DIN 477
-inspect the ring seals and the internal smoothness of the valve body
-Test the tightness and leakage of the ring seals ( test the hydraulic pressure ) , -Test the tightness of leakage, -Chemical analysis
