4.Terms and conditions for deals and payment
Upon the confirmation by our company concerning the price quotations (in the unit of us dollar & Euro) of your company, a contract will be signed on the processing and making of the said products. After the signing of the contract , our company will make a deposit up to 40%(T/T) of the amount of the total price. The remaining 60% will be paid by the way of the issue of the sight L/C , or the account can be settled prior to each delivery.
It is anticipated that you will immediately inform us of the FOB price ,the time need for mold fabrication as well as the production time period as soon as you receive and read the faxed massage ,and you are expected to calculate the prices in terms of US dollar( or Euro )so that we can proceed to the discussions on the details for further cooperation between us.
