We looking to buy a carbon ductile iron steel pipe CIF DUBAI with this DESCRIPTION.
qty unit description item 16000 m.l line pipe, carbon steel, electrical resistance welding,
beveled edges, welding ends, api 5l-x52,size 20 inc h,w.t 0.375 inch,12 m.l coated poly
ethylelen 3.5mm theck,3layers (plus 20% for repair) shrinkable sleeves for the welding
(plus 5%) the dimension (length width&overlap) of sleeve to standard.

theck,3layers (plus 20% for repair) shrinkable sleeves for the welding (plus 5%) the
dimension (length width&overlap) of sleeve to standard. 2 1 sys pig trap for above line
pipe item (2), complete system accordence with drawing ( lanuncher&receiver) the pig trap
barrel
including:-
1- quick closing mechanism.
2- nozziles.
3- earthing lugs.
4- lifftung lugs.
5- mane plates.
6- support soddles.
7-flanged pipline connection.
8- it should be supplied with senser & detecter.
the pig trap shall be desigend in accordence with most onerous required as per the
following codes drawing (launcher & reciver) is attach standareds and specifications to
be followed as below :
1- asme vill division 1.
2- asme b31.3.
3- asme b31.8.

the required pressur.
