Dear Sir\Madam,
We are looking for the Machinery for recycling of tires:
A machine\cutter to cut the bead wire of a scraped\discarded tires only at one place from one side.
The machine should be some what mechanized so that required only one or two unskilled workers/shift with less power consumption.I need a cutter to cut the bead wire only from one place and not looking for a
shredded machine \ sidewall remover \ de-beader \ thread cutter etc. We are looking for a tires bead wire cutter, which can cut the one side of bead wire perpendicular to the circumference of inner side of tire. What we are looking for is that the cutter should make a single cut on one side of the bead wire of the tire so that its looses its continuity and fulfills the government import obligation. Let me clarify that we are not interested in removing the bead wire; we just need one cut so that it along with tire looses its complete round circle continuity. Since we use old tires as fuels, it also does not impact on the end use. The entire purpose of doing this is to make tires importable into India, nothing else.Please send us complete information on the product offered along with indicative FOB prices.
