The small permanent magnet generator sets is invented through a series of technical research and development on the basis of the general generator sets. Our electrical power generator is used the rare-earth permanent magnet instead of electrical exciting coils which are traditionally used in generator sets. Then after a series of technical amendments, the technical indexes of the stator and rotor will achieve a reasonable match at the output of the power; frequency; current and voltage.
Our products have the following unparalleled advantages over electrical coils style generators.
1) Higher Efficiency and Remarkably Energy-saving Effect. The energy transition achieves more than 80%. However, the conventional generator only achieves about 70%.
2) Its inductive load towing effect is good and can tow the inductive load close to its own capacity.
3) Stable Voltage, Low Waveform Deviation Factor and Good Power Supply Quality. The sine waveform deviation factor can be controlled lower 3%. However, the conventional generator is more than 10%.
4) Simple Structure, High Reliability. The exciting system consists of permanent magnets and there is no electromagnetic interference. So it is not necessary for maintenance.
