This integrated, high efficiency production line is a perfect correlation between "continuous helical wire forming" and "PVC extruding" technologies. The production line includes a helical wire forming machine suitable for producing spring wire, featuring variable speed change. The wires are then fed into a die head by constant pitch. The entire production line only requires an extruder for one step forming of inner and outer layers of PVC hose.
